Job summary

Atrium Centers Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking an RN or LPN to join our 39-bed facility. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and mentor nursing assistants while focusing on resident well-being in a team-centered environment.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, shifts include 1st and 3rd, PRN on both, HERO Pay of $3.40/hour, and the opportunity to grow in an employee-owned organization that values collaboration and compassionate

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• A passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.
