Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Arkansas.
• Experience with long-term care regulations.
• Experience using EMR systems and maintaining patient documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications.
• Complete documentation and charting.
• Review and update care plans.
• Supervise and support direct care staff.
• Coordinate nursing services across shifts.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff.
