Base pay range

$34.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Additional Compensation

SIGN ON BONUS: FT $7500 / PT $5000

Wage Update

RN $38.00 / LPN $34.00

Summary

The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise nursing assistants and plan shift activities.
  2. Complete and maintain resident records and reports.
  3. Administer medications as prescribed.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to meet residents' needs.
  5. Perform various nursing procedures as required.
  6. Ensure safety and confidentiality of resident information.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current unencumbered LPN license.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Physical Demands

Must be able to move intermittently, handle physical tasks, and work effectively under stress, with accommodations as needed.
