Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records including progress notes and medication administration.
• Participate in educational seminars and professional development opportunities.
