Full Time Opportunity! 2nd Shift (4 shifts per week) RN/LPN

RN: $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.

LPN: $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience.

Weekday Shift (2:45P-11:15p) Differential: +$2.00 per hour

Weekend Shift (2:45P-11:15p) Differential: +$3.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  1. Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  2. Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  3. Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  2. Long-term care experience preferred
  3. Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
