Under the Director of Nursing, you will provide patient care according to care plans, communicate progress to patients and families, and maintain clinical records while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and office day as described
• Good communication with patients, families, and staff

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients per care plans; coordinate with physician and family
• Communicate education and progress to patients and families
• Maintain and review clinical records for patient care and progress
• Review weekly reports to ensure compliance with state/federal requirements including infection control and safety
