Job summary

Homestead of Holton is seeking an LPN to join our team. The position requires on-call rotation and offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a scholarship program, PTO, and a friendly work environment.

As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, providing care per care plans, educating patients and families, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient's care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.
