Job summary
SAK Management is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Chicago nursing team.
We offer full-time and part-time roles with 12-hour day or night shifts. Pay is competitive and based on license and experience. The successful candidates provide high-quality care under physician orders and care plans while ensuring resident safety and dignity.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPN license or RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per orders and care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and timely.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
- Supervise CNAs on the unit.
- Maintain MARs and TARs.
- Complete required documentation on time.
- Participate in admissions, discharges, transfers.
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and rights.
- Communicate with healthcare team and physicians.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
