Job summary

Atrium Centers seeks dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide compassionate resident care in Marion, KY. You’ll administer medications, follow individualized care plans, and mentor nursing assistants to uphold clinical standards. This role supports resident safety, dignity, and well-being.

Full-time shifts (1st/2nd) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible Full Time staff; Part Time and PRN shifts are also available. ESOP, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role)
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being
