BrightStar Care in Lansing, MI is seeking part-time/per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home care team. We offer a flexible schedule, a supportive environment, and a path for advancement while delivering high-quality care to our community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

RN/LPN Responsibilities:

RN/LPN Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Licensure: Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
• Certification: Valid CPR certification
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Empathy: Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Professionalism: Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
• Confidentiality: Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
