HealthPartners seeks qualified RN/LPN to join Capitol View Transitional Care Center at Regions Hospital in Minnesota. The role focuses on high-quality short-term patient care in a transitional unit with improved nurse-to-patient ratios and collaborative nursing teams.
The position requires licensure as an RN or LPN, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to orientation in Bloomington. Union status is in place; per diem/casual scheduling is available, with a minimum four shifts per month
Capitol View Transitional Care Center is a state-of-the-art true transitional care unit (TCU) located in Regions Hospital (we are part of the HealthPartners organization as a separate nonprofit organization.) We provide quality care to patients from 18+ years of age who are in need of a short-term stay. Our average length of stay is 17 days. As a RN/LPN your patient to nursing staff ratio is three times lower than the average nursing home. In this role you will be responsible for the following job duties:
FTE: 0.0; Per Diem/Casual
Work Schedule: Required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month - 2 shifts must be a weekend shift.
LPN starting rate at $28.29/hour. Pay rate is based off previous LPN work experience. RN starting rate at $36.47/hour. Pay rate is based off previous RN work experience.
