Wilshire At Lakewood Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community under new management seeking LPNs and/or RNs to join our clinical team. We offer 12-hour shifts and a family-like atmosphere to our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Missouri (LPN or RN) required.
• Experience with standard nursing practices and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion.

Responsabilités

• Record patient medical history accurately.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Monitor patients and document progress and responses to treatments.
• Assist patients with daily activities (eating, bathing, mobility).
• Administer medications and provide basic wound care as prescribed.

Licensed Practical Nurses/RN (LPNs) Benefits:

Licensed Practical Nurses/RN(LPN) Responsibilities:

• Record a patient's medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• General nursing tasks as required.

Licensed Practical Nurses/RN(LPN) Requirements:

• Must have an active license in the state of Missouri as an LPN or RN.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.
