Job summary

Effective Change is seeking RNs and LPNs to provide in-home nursing care for a client in Lebanon County, PA. This hands-on role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting, following the client’s care plan and collaborating with family and professionals.

We offer weekend 24-hour coverage options and flexible weekday scheduling, with the ability to create your own schedule and commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or a related setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to the individual’s care plan.

Position Overview

Effective Change is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide in-home nursing care for an individual in Lebanon County, PA.

This is a hands-on nursing role requiring:

• excellent clinical judgment,
• professionalism,
• reliability, and
• a strong commitment to supporting individuals in a home-based setting.

We offer both weekend 24-hour coverage opportunities and flexible weekday scheduling, allowing nurses to choose the shifts that best fit their availability.

Schedule & Availability

We offer multiple scheduling options, including:

Flexible In-Home Nursing Coverage

• 14-hour availability, 7 days a week
• Create your own schedule
• Must commit to at least two shifts per week
• Shifts begin at 6:00 AM

Weekend Opportunities

• 24-hour weekend shift availability
• Perfect for nurses seeking part-time or PRN work

Compensation

LPN Rate: $35–$42/hr
RN Rate: $45–$55/hr
Compensation is based on experience, licensure, and shift selection.
