Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide in-home pediatric nursing care in the Bethlehem area. You will deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, monitor health, administer medications, and support families in a safe home setting.

Flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits are offered. New grads welcome, CPR/BLS required, and training provided for pediatric specialties and complex medical needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Willingness to work in Bethlehem and nearby towns
• Pediatric care experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental/complex medical needs
• Reliable, compassionate, patient and attentive
• Able to provide hands-on care and assist with mobility or transfers
• Ability to operate and monitor medical equipment as required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs
• Monitor feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Communicate changes in condition with parents, caregivers, and the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement during shifts
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child

RN/LPN Roles | $28-$34/hr | Flexible Shifts

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
• Willingness to work in Bethlehem, Leighton, Palmerton, North Hampton
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates welcome
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
• Able to provide hands‑on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers
• Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required
