Big Oak Rehab in Elmer, NJ is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a long-term setting.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, coordinate care with physicians and families, and ensure compliance with regulations. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with flexible scheduling and strong staff support.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other physician-ordered interventions safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident status.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
