Job summary

Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care, monitor and document treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has strong communication skills, and can work well in a team. LTC experience is preferred, and daily pay options are available to support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Should work well in a team environment
• Current State Registered Nurse RN License
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be friendly and a strong team worker

Responsibilities

• Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families
• Monitor Residents and administering medication and treatments
• Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records
• Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols
• Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care
• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential
