Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced RN for a backfill on the night shift in Delano, CA. The role requires recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months and offers 36-48 hours per week (3x12s).

The Nurse will deliver coordinated care, supervise staff, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. BSN preferred, RN licensure required, and CPR/BLS as well as ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Facility uses Cerner now and Epic soon.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process.

• Provides health information to patients, families, and treatment team.

Job Summary:

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred

Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Department Specific License/Certifications: AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
