Responsibilities

• Develop nursing care plans by assessing residents and documenting status.

• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain safe care environment following infection-control and medication procedures.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff as assigned.
