Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama and eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key RN team member.
• Monitor residents, perform assessments, document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and RN protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain compliant documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure a safe, clean, therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
