Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vi at Aventura in Florida to deliver high-quality resident care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinate with the care team and supervise licensed and ancillary staff to ensure outstanding outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a state RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited school, CPR and First Aid, and at least 6 months of nursing experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduates from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification as approved by AHA or Red Cross.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience preferred.
• Experience or education in elder care preferred.
• Courteous and professional demeanor in interactions.
• Resident- and customer-focused problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatments.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with resident, family and health-care team.
• Maintain high quality standards and participate in performance improvement activities.
