Signature HealthCARE is hiring registered nurses for its Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center—an opportunity to join a team focused on resident-centered care and quality outcomes. We seek RNs who deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold regulatory standards.

Formación

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shift.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to physician.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities and regulatory surveys.
