Job summary

Stone Cottage Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, IA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We have Full Time and PRN positions available, with some weekend shifts required. Shifts include Full Time 6a-6p and Full Time 6a-6p on weekends, plus PRN.

The RN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and uphold a compassionate, resident-centered care environment for our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care team members.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
