Good Samaritan in Grand Island, NE seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, including health maintenance and preventative services.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred and an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
