Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• An Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years' Long-Term Care experience preferred; rehab/restorative exp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per nurse practice act and facility policies.
• Plan and direct delivery of resident care per physician orders and guidelines.
• Follow policies and privacy rules in daily operations.
• Provide emergency support measures, including CPR.
• Develop daily work and unit assignments; assist supervisors as needed.
• Oversee nursing staff to ensure standards and proper workstation security.
