Job summary

Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, documenting care, and ensuring infection-control policies are followed.

This role supports residents and families while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality care. We are part of the Centers Health Care Consortium and committed to excellence in rehabilitation and nursing services.

Qualifications

• Should work well in a team environment.
• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be friendly and a strong team worker.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families.
• Monitor Residents and administer medication and treatments.
• Document Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records.
• Protect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols.
• Resolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care.
• Maintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential.
