Buchanan County Health Center in Independence, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care for residents in the Long Term Care unit. You will deliver clinical judgments, coordinate care, and maintain high nursing standards in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires ADN or BSN, BLS and Mandatory Reporter Certification, with CPR. One year of nursing experience preferred; 3 days per week including every 3rd weekend and 3 holidays per year.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with an ADN or BSN.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required and Mandatory Reporter Certification.
• Excellent team player and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver resident care in the Long Term Care area with clinical judgment.
• Coordinate resident care and assist others in managing resident care.
• Demonstrate nursing standards and accountability in care delivery.
