Good Samaritan in Park River, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process across all care phases, ensuring high-quality resident outcomes and coordinated care with families and an inter-disciplinary team.

The RN will participate in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while upholding professional standards and state regulations. Full-time, 12-hour day shifts offered.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
