Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Park River, ND. The role focuses on delivering individualized nursing care using the nursing process within a Christian care environment.

Responsibilities include coordination of care, resident assessment, and education. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• RN license required or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Accredited nursing program graduation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)

Current RN license in state of practice
