Job description

Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for residents, according to individual needs, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates resident care activities with other healthcare team members and supervises nursing care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

  • In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in long-term care
