Qualifications

• RN License required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document accurately using appropriate systems and ensure orders are transcribed correctly.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data to inform care.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
• Respond to rapid responses and code events as needed.
