This 24-bed unit specializes in Liver Transplant and Transplant Hepatology with 1:3 and 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios and 24/7 in-house provider coverage.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible or compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
• Diploma or Associate's Degree from a professional nursing program recognized by the state Board of Nursing.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years of their start date and complete the program within five years.
• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) from an accredited program (preferred).
• Clinical specialty certification in Liver/Transplant areas (preferred).
