100 LCMC Health is seeking an RN for a 13-week night shift limited assignment in the Emergency Department. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with established standards and hospital policies.
Qualified candidates must hold a current RN license in Louisiana and possess BLS, ACLS, CPI, and PALS certifications (TNCC/ENPC eligibility noted). New grads must obtain missing certifications within 6 months of hire.
RN Limited Assignment - Emergency Department - 13-week contract - NIGHTS
The RN Limited Assignment is a temporary position serving approximately 13 weeks as an RN for the facility. This position assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care based on the standards of care and the policies of LCMC Health. The RN delegates to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.
Must-Haves Minimum: Current nursing license to practice in the state of Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing Current American Heart Association BLS certification. Current ACLS, CPI and PALS certifications. (New grad must obtain within 6 months of hire). Current TNCC (CHNOLA and UMC ERs only) ENPC (can be substitute for PALS at UMC or EJMC ERs) Preferred: Emergency Room experience and ER nursing knowledge
