Sanford Health in Marshfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care, educate patients, perform triage, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.

This full-time position features day shifts from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 32-hour work week. Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure is required or multi-state licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinates care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
