Job summary

A healthcare staffing provider is seeking an experienced RN for a Level 2 ICU Stepdown role in New York. This contract position requires an active NY RN license and at least 2 years of RN experience with telemetry and high-acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience. The RN will provide competent nursing care, potentially serve in expanded roles, and deliver targeted care for complex neurological and critical care patients. Rotating shifts with weekends and holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• Experience in Stepdown/PCU necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care under established standards.
• May act as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
• Deliver care to high-acuity patients.

Skills
