Job summary

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Registered Nurse licensed to work in Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements departmental goals and plans.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery.
- Plans and monitors staffing activities.
- Prepares and evaluates departmental budgets.
- Coordinates internal/external audits.
- Creates an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into operations.
- Maintains reliable attendance.
