Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for 36 hours per week on the FLO - MedSurg 6th Floor. The role provides direct nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and requires SC RN licensure.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain patient privacy, promote family-centered care, and participate in a professional practice model with shared governance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Active RN licensure in SC or compact state.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Lead and mentor assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient privacy and deliver patient/family centered care according to MUSC policies.
