Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with a minimum of one year RN experience.
• Current RN license in SC or compact state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Promote health teaching, care coordination, and goal evaluation.
• Participate in shared governance and professional development to maintain standards of care.
