Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and philosophy. The role offers leadership support to the healthcare team and centers care on the patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course within 6 months of hire; BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients per facility policies and standards.
• Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Patient Centered Care foundation in all nursing care and supports staff supervision.
• Upholds Service Excellence standards at all times.
