Job summary

Harmony Village of Beverly Hills is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers to meet care goals, ensure policy compliance, and supervise appropriate personnel.

Responsibilities include assessing conditions, rounds with physicians, administering medications, and coordinating care plans. A Michigan RN license and CPR are required, with preferred LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Michigan RN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans; document observations.
• Conduct rounds with physician; monitor symptoms and responses to treatment.
• Provide preventative and rehabilitative care addressing physiologic and psychosocial needs.
• Administer medications per policies; report contraindications.
• Coordinate with DON, Unit Managers and staff; prepare reports.
• Complete weekly, periodic and discharge summaries.
• Monitor and assist CNAs with resident care duties and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and facility policies.
