Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents in a Norwalk, CT community. You will monitor wellbeing, communicate changes in condition, and collaborate with the Health Services Director on Care Plans.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordinating with Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses, while ensuring high-quality resident care day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least two years of care experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Assist in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview-specified intervals with Health Services Director.
• Show leadership by adjusting assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs and Nurses.

Education

Registered Nurse license

Graduate of a state approved school of nursing
