Job summary

Cornerstone, an affiliate of The Pennant Group, is offering a on-site Director of Clinical Services Leadership Program in Denver, CO. This 12-week CCIT program trains RN leaders to run clinical services in home health or hospice settings and prepares you for a DCS role.

During the program you will gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, clinical quality, and people leadership, with relocation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in home health or hospice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Commitment to ethical professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical teams in home health and hospice settings.
• Gain hands-on experience in operations related to finance, quality, compliance and people leadership.
• Relocate and travel for program training and leadership development events.
• Prepare for a Director of Clinical Services role upon program completion.
