Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated oversight and clinical delegation to LPNs and CNAs.
• Conduct high-level assessments to identify changes in resident conditions.
• Execute physician orders with precision and serve as the primary link between physicians, families, and the facility.
• Maintain benchmark, survey-ready documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
