Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, clinical-grade documentation.
• Transcribe physician orders and manage pharmacy notifications.
• Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Work with the nursing director to implement care plans.
