Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of RN work experience.
• Current RN licensure (SC Board of Nursing or compact state).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Provide patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment with privacy and professional behavior.
• Participate in shared governance and promotion of clinical excellence and accountability.
• Coordinate care delivery and health teaching to improve patient outcomes.
