Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in nursing care using the nursing process.
• Delegates and directs licensed and ancillary staff; assumes accountability for outcomes.
• Ensures quality patient outcomes and maintains culturally sensitive care.
• Adheres to ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice.
• Fosters teamwork within the interdisciplinary unit to meet goals.
