Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license in state of practice.
• BLS certification current with American Heart Association.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and adapt teaching for diverse patients and families.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient satisfaction and staff morale, uphold professional nursing standards.
• Adapt interactions to patient populations while respecting privacy and communication styles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
