Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Massachusetts seeks a registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care across shifts, assess and plan care, and supervise staff as needed. You will coordinate patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, effective, and timely treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinates patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Fulfills all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
• Knows the Hospital's emergency codes, including the purpose and action for each, and adheres to policies for each emergency code.
• Performs related duties as required
