Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Develops individualized plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and team.
• Directs care delivery, coordinating with the care team and resources.
• Evaluates patient response and revises the plan of care as needed.
