Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process across disciplines.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure timely documentation, maintain licensure, and support education and patient outcomes. The role requires BLS and RN licensure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start.
• BSN within four years if RN has less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, with patient and family involvement.
• Direct and delegate care to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans to meet goals.
