Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• BSN preferred; Basic Dysrhythmia and Critical Care coursework preferred.
• 6 months of cardiac step-down or telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the step down unit and manage life‑threatening emergencies.
• Interpret ECG rhythms accurately and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Document care, monitor safety, and participate in care planning with the team.
